Enchanting hotel, welcoming and exceptional staff, magnificent location near the mall.

We loved our 2-nights stay. Booked a room with 2 tvs.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

Loved it. Travelled with my dog, spent 1 night here and had a really nice stay. The staff were affable and best too.

There was no breakfast which we expected.

The hotel was reasonably priced, the room was well-kept and I enjoyed fabulously helpful staff. I had reasonably priced room on the first floor. Excellent service and a clean pool onsite.

The property was outstanding with pleasant stuff who was leaving her shift, I loved my stay. The continental breakfast was included and had a great selection of food.

I appreciated staff and rooms, as well as every other detail. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

Everything was nice, however a few employees were ordinary. Enjoyable location, within walking distance of Pump it Up.

There is a beautiful lobby to relax in. Location close to - the Hamilton Place Mall and restaurants.

Totally absolutely amazing experience. Outstanding staff, bright room and exceptional location. Breakfast was good hot, I greatly enjoyed that they offered yogurt, hot waffles, pastries and fresh fruit. Magnificent view of river. Great pool and own beach.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Family atmosphere at this hotel. The property was located close enough to good resturants, restaurants close enough to walk to, the bridge. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, a dining area and a writing desk. The cost was US$ 113. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

We had the most very comfortable few days there. The reason we loved it was fabulous staff and facilities. Found in a busy part of the town.

The place was spotless with a service-minded staff. The room there was huge and the bed was nice. Ideal location, steps away from City Church. Great services were available.

Breakfast was included, that was a bonus. Location: the hotel was not far from restaurants, the bridge, the Hamilton Place Mall.

Booked it for 2 days and had a nice experience. Its staff and service were a plus that's why I loved the place. The pool area was nice too.

All in all, it was handy base for traveling to Chattanooga. We loved the breakfast.

We liked the comforts of this charming boutique hotel. The breakfast was savoury and the food was fresh. Fine bed, terrace and closet space, large room. Staff was responsive yet not intrusive.

We had an awesome 2 nights stay. The hotel had a brand-new reception. Nicely furnished, brand-new room with sofa beds, TV, a couch. The property staff was not rude, they all greeted us. Helpful customer care too. Could use their ample parking.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful.

I liked that the hotel was big size and pretty. Suite was pet-friendly, very well taken care of. Food selection at breakfast was delicious! The location was ideal close to the interstate. Peaceful overall experience.

Wonderful relaxing hotel, everything was incredible. The yogurt, hot waffles, pastries and fresh fruit for breakfast were much appreciated. Spotless place and friendly service. Besides, parking was on site, that's important for me. A short walk to the beautiful beach.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Chattanooga. The hotel was spotless, the staff was professional. Breakfast looked free with lots of options. I appreciated a fantastic decor and contemporary furniture. That was wonderful property set in very convenient area. Easy check-in.

I had a wonderful experience. Cool hotel, extremely friendly stuff, non-smoking room. I slept so comfy in the soft bed.

I appreciated my stay at this whole new hotel, perfect rooms. Coffee, eggs, yogurt, milk and hot waffles were a nice touch. Based in a recreational area. Swimming pool was heated too.

The hotel was clean enough with kind staff and warm breakfast. They made my stay very good.

Would love to go back if ever in Chattanooga. Pool was good, comfortable to sit around.

All in all, I spend my time amazingly. The beds were extremely comfortable. Tyner district was worth staying in.

The hotel itself is family-friendly, we greatly enjoyed location and rooms. Being minutes from Waffle House was nice, we had dinner there.

Modern hotel, good breakfast and free WiFi. We booked a king suite and liked it. We dined out at Shoney's, set just walking distance from the property...

The room was equipped with a sink. We would recommend it to those visiting Chattanooga❤
